Return/Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products, and will gladly accept the return or exchange of any product, subject to the following conditions:
Garment has not been worn and has tags attached
Garment is not soiled, marked or damaged in any way
Postage will only be refunded if Tidewater Tot’s error.
Refunds can not be given on final sale merchandise. Sale merchandise can be exchanged or returned for a credit.

Shipping Policy
Online and phone orders typically ship within 1-2 business days
and are shipped via USPS mail or UPS for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available,
and can be selected at checkout. Expedited shipping ships with either USPS priority or UPS.
Our shipping /transit times are as follows:

Standard/Free Shipping - 4-8 business days
Upgraded - 2-4 business days
Premium - 1-2 business days
